  • Leap will Integrate with your HR software for compliance and visibility.

Job Seekers

Why Use Leap?

  • The Leap marketplace takes a hands on approach. After analyzing your resume and answers to a simple questionnaire you will have a talent specialist contact you to further discuss your career goals and what type of company you’re looking for. We then see if there are open sales roles within our network that are a match.
  • From there we connect you with advisors that are internal employees at these companies. These advisors are there to screen you to see if you’re a fit for the open role we recommended as well as tell you more about company/team culture, role clarity, sales cycle, and common objections.
  • There is no cost to you to use the Leap marketplace.

What is the approval process for candidates to join Leap?

  • Create a profile and you’re in! A talent specialist will reach out to you.

If Leap schedules a meeting with an advisor are there any expectations from the job seeker?

Leap ask that you are respectful of the advisor’s time and show up for your calendar invite on time. Each invite is for a 30 minute call and is meant to be a screen to see if you’re a fit for the role/team as well as for you to gain insight into the company. Here is an example agenda for the conversation:

  • Job seeker to ask any follow-up questions to the advisor.

How much does it cost?

  • Nothing! Leap is free for the talent.

How does Leap make money? What’s the catch?

  • Our advisors get paid to screen job seekers. Leap operates like a recruiting firm making its money from your placement to the end company.
  • Leap is incentivized by your success and for you to have a great experience. Our hope is that we see job seekers eventually become advisors.

My current company uses Leap. Will they be able to see my profile?

  • Only advisors that you’re connected to in other companies will be able to see your profile along with internal employees at Leap.

  • After you meet with our talent specialist Leap will coordinate up to 3 different appointments for you with advisors at the same time.

What happens if the advisor doesn’t want to refer the talent to the job/company?

  • Depending on the company you’ll still be placed in their internal applicant tracking system. This means an internal recruiter can still reach out. However, that’s not always the case. Leap will continue to work with you and provide feedback along the way.
